Hi everyone, I’m Jess. Founder of Make Moves and your Pilates teacher. Originally from England, I now live in Dublin after falling in love with an Irishman. Moving away from home taught me the importance of staying connected to the people I love, and that’s one of the reasons I’m here - sharing the joy of movement with you in an accessible and achievable way.

It was while living in Australia that my love for Pilates really flourished.

More than just movement, it became part of my lifestyle and routine, a way to feel stronger, more centred, and truly connected to my body and people around me. Inspired by this, I completed a fully comprehensive training in both Mat and Reformer Pilates, along with pre and post-natal Pilates. I am also a qualified Neuromuscular Therapist, which includes… Orthopaedic Sports Massage and Massage Therapy. These experiences, combined with my passion for continuous learning, fuel my drive to share my love of Pilates and movement with others.

I started teaching online to stay in touch with my sisters in England, guiding them through Pilates sessions over Zoom. But I quickly realised how powerful online teaching could be, not just for my family, but for my students too. The flexibility and accessibility meant more people could move in a way that truly worked for them. What began as a small weekly online class for friends and family, has grown into Make Moves - a space designed for movement and connection.

No matter where you are in the world, I’m looking forward to moving together. My classes are dynamic, empowering, and most importantly, fun. Expect flows that challenge your body, build strength, and keep things fresh - because movement should never feel like a chore! Whether you’re looking for a quick, energising flow to start your day, or a slower, more relaxing session to wind down, my goal is always the same: to help you feel strong, connected, and just a little better in yourself than when you started.
