As the founder of Make Moves, I created this community to help you celebrate what your body can do through movement. I bring energy, passion, and a dynamic flow to every Pilates class I teach, blending the foundations of classical Pilates with a more contemporary approach that supports present-day bodies. My classes are designed to challenge you and leave you feeling stronger, more energised, and more connected to yourself. With a love for creating new and fun sequences, I ensure every session is thoughtfully designed, varied, and ready for you whenever you want to move.
