Join Jess and Becca for an afternoon away from the pace of everyday life, combining Pilates, breathwork, yoga, meditation and a sauna experience at Bective Mill.

The Experience
Move with Pilates
Jess will lead an energising mat Pilates flow to leave you feeling strong and connected with your body.
Pause with Breathwork and Meditation
Becca will guide you through simple practices to connect with your breath, quieten your mind and create a little space to pause.
Yoga
Becca will teach a yoga class to connect your body and mind, releasing tension and leave you feeling grounded.
Sauna + Connection
Finish the afternoon at the Hot Box Sauna - a relaxed space to unwind, chat and enjoy the surroundings.

Yes! The afternoon is designed to be accessible for all levels, whether you're completely new to Pilates and Yoga or have plenty of experience. We'll offer options throughout so you can move at a pace that feels right for you.

Yes. There will be small snacks and drinks available throughout the afternoon.

Absolutely! We've intentionally kept the group small to create a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere, and there will be plenty of opportunities to connect with others if you'd like to.
